Introduction
Rawstraw Realty’s undertaking of the 10-Highstreet project in Aylesbury involved building a commercial structure from the ground up. The project included creating a commercial building with ground + 2 storeys, featuring a shop converted into a cafe and two flats above. Overcoming the challenge of starting with plain land, Rawstraw Realty showcased efficiency and adaptability in foundational building.
